Welcome! This is the first post on my new site. It is part portfolio, part notebook: a place to share what I’m building, what I’m learning, and anything else worth writing down.

Why a personal site?

Social platforms are great for quick updates, but they are not a great home for longer thoughts. I wanted a space I fully own, where posts don’t get buried in a feed and I can shape things however I like.

How it’s built

The site is intentionally simple:

• Astro for the pages and blog, with posts written in Markdown
• Cloudflare Workers for hosting at the edge
• A forest green and beige color scheme, because the internet could use a little more calm

What to expect

I plan to write about:

• Projects I’m working on, and the decisions behind them
• Things I’ve learned the hard way, so you don’t have to
• Tools, workflows, and ideas I find interesting

If any of that sounds good, check back now and then, or subscribe via the RSS feed. You can also find me on the socials linked at the top of the page. Feel free to say hi.

Thanks for stopping by!
